Germán Monchietti
German is a CPA with extensive M & A and corporate finance experience.
He has worked more than five years as finance director in exploration companies and over 10 years as Chief Financial Officer in large companies in South America, which included working in the asset management of the bankruptcy of 2002.
Germán holds a Master’s degree in finance from the Universidad de Montevideo.
Santiago Hughes
Santiago has more than 15 years of experience in successful project management. He was responsible for the activity of Union Properties Group Corp. for almost 10 years.
He has an Agribusiness Management degree from ORT University and its equivalent certified as BSc in Business Administration.
He specializes in the identification of opportunities, negotiation and business completion. Today he directs Galope Project Management.
Stephen Cossey
Stephen is a hydrocarbon geologist with over 45 years of experience with Conoco, BP Exploration and as a consultant. He is the founder of Cossey & Associates Inc, a geo-consulting company where he has worked with over 150 companies worldwide.
He has an MSc and PhD from the University of South Carolina.
In his extensive career he has focused on deepwater exploration, regional geology & depositional history reconstruction.
Eduardo A. Rossello
Eduardo is a hydrocarbon geologist with over 35 years of experience as an upstream professional consultant with major oil and gas operators including Texaco, CGC, Repsol, Petrobras, YPF, Ecopetrol, Schlumberger, Hocol, Oxy, Gran Tierra Energy, Amerisur, Pemex, Cupet, Bridas, Tecpetrol and luspetrol.
He holds a PhD in Geological Sciences
from Buenos Aires University and postdoctoral in Université de Rennes 1 (France).
Gonzalo Arocena
Gonzalo is an Electrical Engineer and MBA with 15 years of experience in Business Development with special focus on management, operation, logistics and supply chain in Renewables.
As Commercial Sales Manager and Business Administrator in Siemens Energy he was in charge for the Startup of the Energy Business Unit (Fossil, O&G, Wind, Solar, Services and Energy Transmission) for Latam.
As Senior Manager in Vestas Service (Latam south) he led the operations in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Perú.
Federico González
Federico has over 10 years of experience in mineral resources and exploration.
He has vast experience managing mineral assets and executing exploration campaigns as well as resource estimation.
He focuses on work programs planning, supervision, reporting and prospect evaluation.
Prior to FI, he has been project manager for Union Group, Zamin Resources and Orosur Mining.
He holds a BSc in Geology from the UdelaR, Uruguay.

She was Head of Legal Actions at Republic AFISA and board member of the “Latin American Network of Impact Lawyers”.
She co-founded YOUHUB (first Certified B Trust in Uruguay) and Legal Group B, which drafted the bill to stablish and boost to the development of Companies of Collective Interest and Benefit in Uruguay (BIC).
Is Chair of the board of Directors Sistema B Uruguay, Integrates Impact Investment Group (Global Steering Group, Argentina- Uruguay).
